Misconfiguration? pressing cmd disables ctrl and alt modifier

i have a problem since today on my mac

• when i press cmd then it disables the ctrl and alt modifier so hammerspoon see only that the cmd is pressed also when
• only all 4 modifier keys are possible shift ctrl alt cmd

PS: maybe it is a general problem - i disabled all configs in my init.lua - and this behavior is even if i quit hammerspoon

(to check whats going on i used the app keyCastr.app)
