Add CI/CD tests to deploy worker.js to Cloudflare and run integration tests on all API calls to ensure full functionality.

  • Add CI/CD Worker to dns01cf.com Cloudflare zone
  • Configure GitHub Actions to deploy worker.js to the CI/CD Worker
  • Configure CircleCI to perform CI tests against the CI/CD Worker
  • Ensure CI/CD tests cover all possible conditions
