The Slightly-Gay Clause

Description

In order to apply for a role on committee, the candidate must qualify as at least slightly gay* in order to run. Eligibility will be assessed in the form of a vibe check. I believe that the benefits of such an amendment are clear - justification is out-of-scope for this issue.

* I use the term "gay" like "queer", this clause doesn't focus purely on sexuality.
