huawei_location : Do we need to follow the nearby documentation ?

Hello,

I try the following plugin https://pub.dev/packages/huawei_location on a Huawei device without following the documentation mentioned in the pub.dev site : https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/en/doc/development/HMS-Plugin-Guides/prepare-dev-env-0000001074265856

The doc talk about the Nearby Huawei api and i just want to use the Huawei location, api are they linked ? The plugin work well without requiring me to add the requested json file mentioned in the doc. I didn't create an account on Huawei cloud console to use well this plugin.

I'm a bit lost of what should I do and what is not necessary.

Can you guide me please ?
