There are several scripts in perl that generate some basic statistics.

BacterialTyper/other_tools/perl

  • contig-stats.pl
  • fasta_splitter.pl
  • get-seq_ids.pl
  • rename_FASTA_seqs.pl
  • get-long-contigs.pl

They should be re-writen in python in order to reduce problems and uniform programming language... They are included here as long as they were already available from previous projects.
