I was just wondering if there is any risk to the inverter (YC1000 in my case) if I use the on/off configuration switch to turn it off while the sun is shining? Wouldn't the energy generated by the solar panels have to go somewhere?
The reason I ask is because in Sweden, by next year we will be charged an energy transfer fee for every Wh sold, so it would be nice for those of us without a home battery to not export anything.
