Question: Is there any way to change the visibility settings of the PDFs we uploaded to the knowledge base?

We would like to prevent the sharing of these PDFs. For the PDF I’ve uploaded, Zionomicon, we want users to access the book only by submitting a form on the zionomicon.com website to request a copy.

That makes sense. Currently, there isn’t a way to do that. I’ll think about it and update this thread.
