Description:
The Discord bot fails to send test messages in the "forum" channel when tag requirements are enforced. Answers work fine, but test messages fail due to this restriction. Example issue faced here.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Add the bot to a "forum" channel with tag requirements.
  2. Attempt to send a test message.

Action:
We should provide a detailed error message when test messages fail due to tag, permission requirements, or other reasons.

Update: Discord does not provide detailed error messages.
