The current install does not provide an environment ready to deploy applications. The following are needed

Setup Anthos Service Mesh with correct Gateways and BackendConfigs
Setup Ingress to work with Service Mesh
Integration test to ensure Service Mesh and Ingress are setup correctly
Support 2 environments
- dev: single region, multi cluster
- prod: multi region, multi cluster
Remove AWS support for now to focus on full GCP support.
