Describe the bug
When using Google Chrome with 3PCD enabled (PSAT version 0.7.0), there is an issue where known-breakages on the cookies landing page begin to fail when links are clicked and then the new tab is quickly closed. This issue also presents on all the tabs where PSAT panel is open, regardless of from where the new tab was open and closed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Google Chrome with 3PCD enabled using PSAT version 0.7.0.
On the cookies landing page, click on any link in the known-breakages section.
Immediately close the tab after opening the link.
Observe that library detection errors occurs.
Reload the page and repeat the process for another link keeping the current tab open.
Observe that library detection errors occur in both cases.
Expected behavior
Opening links on the cookies landing page should not cause breakages or errors when they are clicked and the tab is subsequently closed. Known-breakages library detection should remain stable without errors.
