new upload button rendering

I noticed 2 issues:

1. the upload button doesn't change at all on mouse-hover to provide the "clickable" affordance
2. on desktop, the window always thinks it's slightly too small:

#51 should address parts of this, as the hover effects are back, but not full ripple effects just yet. The screenshot also shows that (a) the right fonts aren't being loaded, and (b) there's spacing around the top bar as well. That's suggesting to me that the stylesheet is not being properly loaded.

I cannot reproduce at least (b) when navigating to https://llaminator-dev.netlify.app/ directly.

The button is also not sticky. it scroll with the page when the image is large

I can't anymore either - might have been fixed from one of your earlier UI PRs.
