Use Specific Browser for TWA depending on a Browser Feature (Chromecast)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As part of the Product my company is building, we have heavy usage of the Chromecast feature an Internal Feature of the Chrome Browser, though when installing a TWA the Luncher will pick the First Supportive Browser (according to this message).
This blocks us from continuing with TWA solution for a PWA and replacing the Android Native App since some of the Devices such as Samsung, will open TWA on Samsung Internet which does not support Chrome, hence even if the User has Chrome on his Phone he won't be able to cast from the TWA.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to choose the Default Browser or Recommended Browser for a TWA App so that we can prefer a specific browser we certain capabilities.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We considered of course showing a message such as "Please change the default browser to chrome to have the option to use this feature" but this is not really User Friendly nad Counter intuitive to "This is a native App why is the browser relevant here"
