How do you edit explainer links?

Describe the bug

I want to edit the explainer links to my feature. I cannot figure out how. I'm sure it's possible, but it empirically should be easier.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://chromestatus.com/guide/editall/6176445286842368
2. ctrl-f for explainer
3. find a link for https://chromestatus.com/guide/editall/6176445286842368#id_explainer_links
4. click link
5. link doesn't go anywhere

Expected behavior
Clicking "Edit ALL fields" on https://chromestatus.com/feature/6176445286842368 should let you... Edit ALL fields, including explainer links.
