incorrect rebuilding resulting in visual glitches #2

file examples: FX_E_HotFix_140925.gpk and FX_A_HotFix_141031.gpk with gunner skills

right after rebuilding effects no longer stay for few seconds but disappear right after appearing

(not sure if data offset should get changed like that)

I'm proxy-reporting this for someone who can't do it himself.
