Add GlotDict's "Suggestions from consistency tool" section into GlotPress

The browser add-on GlotDict adds a section "Suggestions from consistency tool" to translate.wp.org. Screenshot:

This is an extremely helpful list since as you can see... The translation memory is filled in the above example with more than the consistency tool.

This can not only help to find strings that are very inconsistency translated, but also see the more widely used translation. The consistency tool has its limitations for sure, but that's a whole other discussion.

Yet, implementing this "Suggestions from consistency tool" would be a great addition to GlotPress and translate.wp.org
