Impact page preview image update to show which funds you are supporting

Right now the generated tweet shows what the funding we generate can fund through GiveDirectly. Let's update this to show which of the causes you are supporting: i.e. extreme poverty, open source developers, climate change all 33%.

If I could know how to reproduce the impact page or rather understand the req better, I could chip in a PR if the assignee doesn;t give a feedback otherwise I let @Otaiki1 complete it
