Suggestion

Any chance we could explore adding an account recovery feature like password reset? It could greatly improve user experience without compromising security.

Hello @Mecharev16 !

The main drawback of offline data management is the lack of ability to safely provide authentication-based restorative measures.

I will think about that but currently have no idea as to how that may function.

One related thing that I consider worth adding is a authentication-based password retrieval via fingerprint (or a secure USB key once that's implemented). Authenticated user will find that feature in settings and use it to retrieve a lost master key.

Another option is for me to create cloud-based restoration measures but that won't happen any time soon as GlitterWare Cloud is still heavily under development.
