Quest 2 issue

I'm using quest 2 touch controllers and for some reason every button just doesn't work. i can't jump, can't walk, cant do anything, except for watching in vr(i can pass the first 2 orders in tutorial but then no, nothing) also for some reason my head just goes through the ceiling, i did manage to do the snap turning thing and lowering my character a bit through config, but i still can't do anything with controllers
Also, if it will help then im using oculus/meta app with a cable

I am also using a quest two and i have had no issues, i am using virtual desktop instead of a link cable. so if you are still having problems i recomend virtiual desktop. it is a 20 dolar software on the headset however the streamer is free to download into your pc
