I guess the users, especially those outside of the imaging domain, would expect something like http://ldf.fi/ww1lod/2bda4515 provides
I see there is a https://gitlab.com/openmicroscopy/incubator/ome-owl/-/blob/master/ontology/owl/ome_core/ome_core_owl.json which does have at least a short description fot the PhysicalSizeX term and others. Maybe one of the possibilities would be to at least give a pointer to this OWL?

Hi @stefanches7. Thanks for the question. This is definitely an issue. For me, it falls within the wider world of joshmoore/ome-ld#1, i.e., I'd really like to finally provide a stable RDF URI scheme for OME, but it's currently still a WIP.
