localize ome-zarr stable materials into languages other than English (e.g. German, Portuguese, Spanish etc)

Which materials:

• Important RFCs

• Important versions (say, v0.4 and v0.5 + eventually v1.0)

• Some training material, as https://ome-zarr-book.readthedocs.io/

Why?

• For specs/RFCs it could be a good way for multilingual users to interact with the content. Somewhat similar to different implementations of the spec, it could help clarify bugs

• While English is used by most scientists, content in local languages demonstrate care and are usually welcome for training

• There are grants that support localization/translation of content. This used to be somewhat in scope for, say, CZI EOSS.

Why not?

• Duplication of content

• Translations may have errors and these may not be simple to catch

Note: there was a similar discussion under zarr-developers/zarr-developers.github.io#144 In researching that, I ran into at least one official website that used an API (deepl, etc.) to automatically translate but gave the reader a pop up saying that that was what was happening.
