integrating adb QR codes


I've found that connecting wirelessly with a QR code is much easier (avoids needing to connect w/ USB every time to establish TCP, and avoids needing to type in the ip address, port and pairing code). 

Adding a built in qr code generator for adb connection would make wireless connection much easier, there's already repos that do this, such as adb-wireless, though it's written in rust.
