Desktop Mode on Virtual Display using built-in "Smallest width" developer option?

I have a pixel phone which I connect to using virtual display using scrcpy.exe --new-display=1920x1080.

But its does not show up like the built-in semi desktop mode.
This is what it looks like

I know I can install Taskbar app but is there a way to leverage build in desktop like mode which is enabled when you set the dpi/Smallest width value too high in developer options?

Hi，What Android version is your pixel phone?
Android API 33(+) start the secondary screen desktop when creating a virtualdisplay.
I think your pixel phone has activated the secondary screen desktop.

I built gui for scrcpy desktop use in a browser and have this native taksbar mode. But it only can be used on main display id 0 and not new display or simulated displays(overlay). It would be nice to have this on the secondary screen but dpi changes do not really trigger this taskbar unless you use main display. Smallest width actually is just wm density, over adb you can trigger it for 1080p res 288 is the value.(height : 1080 / (288 / 160) = 600

@Mr-JingShi It's a Pixel 4a with Android 14. Pixel 4a does not natively support USB to HDMI etc display.

"Smallest width"=600 is where this bottom taskbar starts. Even when I see this on my phone screen, virtual display does not show this taskbar.

adb shell wm density XX is the command I think, but the value is inversely related to "Smallest width". When smallest width is 600, "wm density" is around 200 or something

scrcpy --new-display=1920x1080/520 --start-app=com.android.settings

the Smallest width will change through setting the density.
