Description:
The current version of GatorGrade does not include up-to-date, secure, documentation for new or external professors on how to create repositories utilizing GatorGrade.

Expected Behavior:
On the GatorGrade Wiki, or in another repository accessible in the GatorGrade README.md, users should be able to find a clear explanation or tutorial of how to set up a gatorgrade.yml file and everything else needed to build a project suitable for the current version of GatorGrade.

Actual Behavior:
Right now, there is only outdated repositories, unsecured websites, and limited explanations on how to create projects using GatorGrade-- making it difficult for external and new professors to utilize.

Proposed Solution:
Implement a feature that either links a secure website, tutorial, or better-documented example repositories that professors can reference when creating the gatorgrade.yml file and gatorgrade projects.
