Description: The current version of gatorgrade lacks an automated advice/hint feature that provides students feedback on failed checks. This feature could help increase students' productivity on assignments.

Expected Behavior: Upon running the gatorade tool with the advice tag, students will be provided quick feedback/hints on how to get their checks to pass. This feature would ideally have a quick time complexity.

Actual Behavior: No automated advice/hint feature is currently set up.

Proposed Solution: Integrate Litellm functionality into gatorade to provide feedback on failed checks.

This feature is what I plan on working on after I complete my current hint feature.
