群聊订阅太容易给tx风控了，希望可以出一个私聊订阅的功能

是发了订阅指令没有回应还是什么问题

订阅指令私聊无法使用，群聊正常

感觉意义不大，只要是往群里发的都是会可能风控的，推送也是如此

我的意思是在私聊订阅，私聊推送，不群发
