Not Able to download the certificate

I am not able to download the certificate it's showing "Verification Failed"

@pani2004 Select top 100 contributor from role selection. You will get the certificate of appreciation.

Please select Top 100 Contributors from the drop down and re-check your name and email id once. If you are still facing problems then refer to #591 and send your github username and mail id to Hemu on linkedin or discord.
