PR not merged , PA not respoding

Its been 3 days since i completed the issue assigned to me and made a PR Manishkr1007/WordWeaver#147 (comment)

since i had to make a whole lot of changes in the system, github is not allowing to solve conflicts.
But i think that is not the reason for my PR being ignored, I have noticed that the PA is not active and isnt responding to any message.
This issue assigned to me was a 'helpwanted' labelled issue and holds a huge significance for the system.

issue #12 create backend and server setup.
What am i supposed to do now, not much days are left, i have gave it a lot time and efforts, it is a level 3 issue.

Keep your PR at the end we will roll out the form for those pr which didn't get merged and for that we will update your points don't worry about this nd keep contributing to others active project.
