After JAMF install, laptop battery charge life degraded

After installing JAMP last week, my laptop battery will only hold a charge for about an hour.

This means that I'm pretty much desk-bound, as my computer can't be unplugged for a productive amount of time. This makes it hard to work remotely since I can't attend meetings or do any work away from a power outlet.
