Hello. After installation of v2.3.0 for Windows according to INSTALL.md instructions for a package, Houdini 19.5.368 stops launching with the error

Cannot access the OTL source C:/Users/my-path/hdRpr-2.3.0-Houdini-19.5.368-py3.9-Windows/houdini/otls/rpr_exportRpr1.hda for operator type: rpr_exportRpr1

How should I proceed to correctly fix this issue?
