Cmake fails to find campConfig.cmake file

Describe the bug

I can't compile Geosx in WSL as Cmake fails to find camp config.cmake file in the PATHs supplied.

Raja was compiled with other TPL libs and camp files can be found within Raja folder but Cmake fails even when the path is explicitly passed to Cmake.
