Whitelist/Blacklist for App Volume Limiter function

I'd like to see an update to add whitelisting/blacklisting to the "Limit the launched app volume if it is 100%". I really only use this function because Whatsapp desktop app always starts at 100%, no matter whether I set it to 10-25% or not. But I don't like all my other apps that I like being at 100% being toggled to 10-25%, so being able to set this to only work for X apps would be great.

It's a minor inconvenience, but I'd greatly appreciate such function, and more functions is generally always better.
