No Appropriate Permissions

I use this on another PC and love it (most of the time). I wanted to add to my personal PC.

I am getting "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" error dialog. Both when opening from store and when opening as administrator from start menu.
