Fix part of FultonBrowne#169 :P

I changed Fox News (US-based and proprietary newspaper) RSS link with Italian language version of Wikimedia Foundation's Wikinews one.
Many strings don't have the first letter in capital, and many others are written with caps lock on. Must investigate into that
