Upgrade for beta-4 compatible wallet

For swayswap to continue working with the new beta-4 compatible wallet, we will need to:

• Update the fuel-core version on the docker
• Update sway contract to the latest forc
• Update the ts-sdk and fuels-wallet and any logic required
• Update CI setup version of fuelup or forc
• Update CI deploy with the envs and version required to deploy the contracts to beta-4 https://github.com/FuelLabs/swayswap/blob/master/.github/workflows/deploy-contracts.yml
• Once you open the PR, Trigger the action to deploy the contracts with an initial amount of both tokens
