Steps;

Update all code to run forc, fuel-core and the latest SDK.
Spin up a new sandbox network for swayswap with beta-2 version
Deploy contracts by using the action on github to the sandbox version
Merge the PR
Deploy the new contracts on beta-2 live
Release a new version
