Summary

We have several pages of documentation for deployment of different programs:

It'd be worthwhile revisiting this documentation and making improvements. Possible enhancements could be some of (but not limited to) the following:

Added the related Sway program source as an example.
Making note of the two different deployment mechanisms (what are the differences):
- CLI (via fuels deploy)
- Dynamically (via ContractFactory.deploy())
