切换npm registry重试

我试了 淘宝源和官方源都不行

看到有vue cli相关报错，这个应该与项目无关，尝试升级node版本到14+，删除项目根目录node_modules，执行npm cache clean --force移除本地缓存，再使用官方源install重试
