[Bug] New visible donations

New bits/cheers aren't hidden

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. When a person cheers 100 bits for example, shows up in the UI and animated in top part of chat for a minute, valentine's theme.
2. There's cosmetic filtering available to hide this along with general cheers/bits donations.

Expected behavior
UI-based donos to be removed by Chat » Bits and Cheering
