I don't like the current Microsoft EULA, it's terrible (read it if you want, you'll agree). I think we'll need to rewrite the project completely without interfering with any of Microsoft code (and do it extremely carefully, because we don't want our new code to be poisoned by that old license). Project name should also be changed (because the current name is covered by MS copyright).

Also I think that it would be better to start the new development in a separate repository (so it'd be completely isolated from ManagedSpy and can't be considered as a derived project).
