Update Assign Time dynamically in WUs view

In the current FAH v8.4.5 - v8.4.7, 'Assign Time' doesn't update like 'Run Time' or 'ETA' when viewing remotes.
This leaves Assign Time with stale info, which only updates on: (any) WU starting, or a web page refresh.
Assign Time should either be the time assigned (static value) like the "time" portion of the mouse over tool-tip. Or, it should update more often like 'Run Time' or 'ETA' to indicate more accurately how long ago the WU was assigned.
