Occasionally unable to retrieve emails

From FlowCrypt iOS user:

• Occasionally (happens maybe once a day or once every couple of days), when I try to retrieve an email, I get the message "Cannot load inbox: connection error (offline)." That then freezes the app, and the only way to deal with it is to turn off the phone and wait a few secs and restart.

It seemed to happen in a regular use-case basis:

Here is a screenshot from when the problem described happened this morning. Doing nothing unusual, just trying to open an email within the iOS app, and then got this screen. When this appears, the screen does not exactly freeze--I can get into other folders, but the same message appears. And I can't proceed unless a turn off the phone and turn back on. Then I can proceed ok, until the next time it happens--usually for a while, at least a few hours.

Additional information from the user:

I did try with the mobile data for a few days. This isn't a scientific summation, but it does seem that the problem happens somewhat less often. But it still happens. From what I could tell, over the past few days of having mobile data all of the time, the freezing was happening maybe at most once a day instead of more like 2-3 times a day. So that's the observation, for what it's worth.
