Add timestamps to identity integrations (Core API)

We need to add a timestamp field to the webhook integration payload and to other identity integrations that support it.

Currently, users can only estimate the timestamp of an event by noting the time on their end when the webhook request is received, so this change will improve accuracy. It makes more sense for us to pass this data.

Suggest naming the field timestamp so that it can be read the same way for all webhook event types.

@khvn26 can you add some more information about why we need to add this? I assume there was a reason for adding this, which it would be good to include in the description if possible please.

This also helps customers who are asynchronously consuming webhooks from a message queue, which is generally a best practice to avoid dropping messages if they're being consumed synchronously. By storing the timestamp as part of the event, customers can see the actual order in which things happened, and not depend on the time at which events were received.
