Create the concept of a Release

There is no grouping of features outside of tags. As an organization, features are typically tied to a release.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Allow features to be grouped with a given Release so that they they can be deployed at the same time. This can work in conjunction with scheduling. You should be able to rollback a given release or see feature and states related to the release.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Another grouping that would allow this same use case to be solved.
