Cannot delete segment rule conditions

Describe the bug

When creating or editing a segment, if you delete any condition and try to add it back in again, sometimes this will not work. I'm not entirely sure how to describe the behaviour.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Browse to the Segments view
2. Click on "Create Segment" or edit an existing segment
3. Click on "Add AND Condition" or "Add AND NOT Condition", it doesn't matter which
4. Delete the condition you just created
5. Click on "Add Condition" again, also doesn't matter which
6. Try to delete the condition again. Nothing happens and no errors are printed to the JS console

Expected behavior

It should always be possible to delete segment conditions. If this is intended behaviour for some reason, an error or tooltip should be displayed.
