Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A customer hit an issue as part of a large deployment. They wanted to isolate if it was a bug in their code or because of a flag state change across a number of Flagsmith projects. They couldnt get a single view of this across their organisation.

Describe the solution you'd like.

  1. Add the ability to view the audit log across multiple projects within an organisation
  2. Be able to filter the audit log based on some specific event types (in this case flag and segment changes)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Lots of clicking across lots of projects

Hi @dhruvabhat24 - this feature is a bit complex and may not provide substantial value to our open-source product. However, if you're interested in contributing, I would suggest looking into issues marked as "good first issue." These tend to be more accessible for newcomers and offer a great starting point for involvement.
