Project workspace: Enable Slack integration

Create channels for teams in online hackathons.

May I suggest we develop a naming convention for each working channel to have a corresponding channel with Slack integration of Twitter? It will be helpful for the round based mass scalable collaborative workflows and template driven production chains.

As I build out the POC I'll be testing a couple of approaches. This may
require that we have an attribute on the Hackathons model called TLA to
prefix rooms and hashtags.
