not letting me open the app (linker)

so i tried to open the linker and tried to downlod both versions (static and the normal one) and both givving me error massges like dl++ not working and the other not verified and i download it (install.bat) and i have apex 5 hybrid

the first image is the static and the sec the non static

To resolve the issue, you need to use the static version, as you are missing some dll files. For the error displayed on the first screen, please completely reinstall Python and, during installation, add it to the PATH. If necessary, you can also refer to issue #8, which was similar to yours.

Okay, open requirements.txt file and try replacing pillow~=11.2.1 by pillow~=12.0.0

i was able to continue the install but it still telling me python.exe in venv

Try going to Control Panel > Uninstall or change a program, then type “python” and show me what you get

I think you have two versions of Python installed on your computer. The screen you just showed refers to Python 3.11.6, while the previous one referred to Python 3.14. Try uninstalling python 3.11.6.

Nope i only have one i deleted 3.11.6 but i can accsess all but not the luncher like the config and more only the lancher doing the proplem
