Add examples and tools for Doctrine #28
Description
As (probably) the most common ORM in the PHP ecosystem, it would be worthwhile to have examples and/or tooling to support it:
- Credential as an entity
- Credential DBAL field type (this could encapsulate the Codec)
- Retrieval of credentials for a user into the Container wrapper
