[Bug] Selecting text to translate opens a new deepl.com tab instead of translating

Steps To Reproduce

There is something broken with the translate selected text functionality. Using Firefox Version 151.0.2.
Instead of the selected text being translated via the small inline window, instead a new tab opens that goes to the address "https://www.deepl.com/en#!en!#[Selected Text]".

If the tab is already opened from a previous attempt, the small window appears, but is blank, with no text, translated or otherwise.

1. Go to any page with text you want to translate
2. Select any text and from the right click context menu, click 'Translate Selected Text'
3. New tab/window that takes you to https://www.deepl.com/en#!en!#[Selected Text] will appear.
4. No translation will take place.

Expected Result

Expected a small window with the translation of the selected text

Actual Result

New tab/window with deepl.com page opens, attempting to translate your selected text.
