Anecdotally, I've found that the error message displays making import appear to have failed, but when in TWP settings it had successfully imported the 'Always translate these languages' options I had set. This was also moving from Win11 Firefox to Helium for Android in the 'TWP - Translate [BETA]' extension from the chrome store.
